Q: What types of events can I host at Cloud Social?
A: We host micro weddings, wedding receptions, birthday parties, bridal & baby showers, corporate events, workshops, photoshoots, and more — if it’s a celebration or gathering, we can make it happen!
Q: How many guests can the venue hold?
A: Inside, we accommodate up to 100 guests, with additional outdoor space available for larger events.
Q: Where is Cloud Social located?
A: We’re at 1001 Main Street, on the corner in the building formerly known as Lulu’s, home to the iconic “Love” mural — you know exactly where we are!
Q: How do I book the venue?
A: Reservations are first-come, first-served, and you can book up to a year in advance. A deposit is required to hold your date, with the balance due before your event.
Q: Do you offer event planning or vendor services?
A: Yes! Ashley Smith from North State Events can provide full-service planning. Plus, Carson’s Party on Wheels Chico is available for a unique party experience. Let us know if you’re interested when submitting your inquiry.
Q: Can I bring my own vendors?
A: You’re welcome to use your own vendors. Certain services, like catering, bartending, and DJ/planning, must be from our curated list to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Q: Can I tour the venue before booking?
A: Absolutely! Tours are complimentary — just fill out our inquiry form and we’ll set up a time for you to see the space in person.
Q: Can Carson’s Party on Wheels bike be booked with the venue?
A: Yes! The Party on Wheels can be added to your event for an additional charge.
Q: What about alcohol?
A: Alcohol is allowed following all local laws and ordinances. Last call is 11:30 PM, and events end at midnight.
Q: Are there any restrictions on décor?
A: Yes! We allow command hooks and tape for attaching items to walls. No nails, tacks, or staples are allowed. Anything adhering to the walls must be approved by the event manager.
Q: Are there any other restrictions?
A: We ask all guests to follow venue rules, including no illegal substances, proper supervision for children, and safe use of décor (no confetti, glitter, or open flames without approval).
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: Cancellations or date changes are possible, subject to our policies. We encourage early communication to help accommodate changes.
