Carson is the creative force behind Party on Wheels Chico — the city’s buzzing new ride-around party experience — and also runs Laura’s Daycare. Known for her talent in planning imaginative parties and designing standout décor, Carson has dreamed of owning a venue for as long as she can remember.

As a mom to three daughters, she brings the same energy, organization, and creativity to Cloud Social that makes every event unforgettable. When she’s not helping clients celebrate in style, you’ll find her hitting the pickleball courts or dreaming up her next big party idea.

Ashley Smith has been creating unforgettable events for over 20 years, from weddings and birthday parties to corporate gatherings and showers. After decades of helping clients bring their visions to life, she’s thrilled to have her own venue with Cloud Social, a space designed for connection, creativity, and celebration.

With her keen eye for detail, style, and organization, Ashley ensures every event runs smoothly while staying fun and memorable. A native Californian and Chico State graduate, she loves making Chico her home, spending time with her family, and, of course, dreaming up the next great party.
